• 1. Inventory Management:

• - Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• - Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and reporting discrepancies.
• - Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

• 1. Warehouse Operations:

• - Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
• - Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• - Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

• 1. Procurement and Logistics:

• - Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and expediting materials and components.
• - Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

• 1. Compliance and Risk Management:

• - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• - Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory management, including damage, loss, and obsolescence.

• 1. Customer Service:

• - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including production teams and other departments.
• - Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Requirements:
•
• 1. Education:
•
• - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
•
• 1. Experience:
•
• - 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
• - Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
•
• 1. Skills:

• - Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• - Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant systems.

• Certifications:

• - Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Inventory Manager (CIM) designation is preferred.

• Desirable Qualifications:

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• - Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
• - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
