: Store Manager ( Male )

Experience Required: 2-3 years in an electronic showroom or electronic shop

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and train a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Ensure the store layout is visually appealing and merchandise is well-displayed.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, bank deposits, and daily sales reports.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to senior management.
• Maintain store security and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and products in the electronics industry.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager in an electronic showroom or electronic shop.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing inventory.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
