: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. You will lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
oManage and oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
oRecruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure team cohesion and efficiency.
oSet and achieve sales targets and ensure profitability through effective cost control and budget management.
oMonitor and analyze store performance, implementing strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
oEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
oHandle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
oDevelop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic.
oConduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to foster continuous improvement and employee development.
oCollaborate with the regional manager and other stakeholders to implement corporate strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
oProven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
oStrong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
oSound knowledge of retail management best practices and customer service principles.
oAnalytical mindset with proficiency in financial management and reporting.
oBachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
