Job Title : Store Manager

Job Summary : The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Store Operations :
• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Sales and Profitability :
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget adherence.
• Customer Service :
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure staff are trained to provide high-quality service and product knowledge.
• Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional activities.
• Staff Management :
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring a motivated and competent team.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Inventory Management :
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Marketing and Merchandising :
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local marketing strategies.
• Reporting and Administration :
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and store documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Experience : Minimum of [15-17] years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Must have an experience in Manufacturing Industries
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
