Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced store manager to oversee all aspects of our retail store operations. The store manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring a pleasant and safe shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure smooth functioning of the store by coordinating with team members, vendors, and customers.

Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Implement effective strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.

Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards.

Prepare and present periodic reports on store performance and financials to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar managerial role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of retail management best practices and industry trends.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
