: Store Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at Placewell Retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Provide flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
• Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Sales: Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies, promotions, and product displays.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a welcoming shopping environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability, and put systems in place for efficient stock management.
• Staff Training: Train and onboard new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and store metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Budget Management: Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve business objectives.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and customers to promote the store within the community.
• Team Management: Effectively manage and engage with team members and colleagues, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Dealer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and effective product stocking.
• Capability to Handle Store: Demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of the store independently, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with flexible timing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the electronics or tech retail industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
• Familiarity with sales analysis and performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
