Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, restocking, and product displays. 2. Lead, train, and supervise a team of staff members to provide exceptional customer service. 3. Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. 4. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. 6. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries and effective inventory management. 7. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment. 8. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. 9. Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in retail management is required. 2. Strong leadership and team management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 5. Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising. 6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively. 7. Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences. 8. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
