Experience - Min. 4 + yrs. in same industry Salary - Upto 4.8 lac Location - Ludhiana You oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. You ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently at all times. You recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockers. You provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that employees perform their duties effectively and meet performance targets. You prioritize excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. You address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, and you lead by example in providing exceptional service. You set sales targets and goals for the store and work with the sales team to achieve them. You analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue.
