• Sales Leadership : Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Customer Experience : Ensure a superior shopping experience by training staff on customer service excellence and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
• Team Management : Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Merchandising : Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and enhance store aesthetics.
• Store Operations : Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed.
• Reporting and Analysis : Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Marketing and Promotions : Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Vendor Relations : Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Budget Management : Oversee the store budget, manage expenses, and optimize operational costs.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the interior design or home furnishings industry.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience.
