Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Implement corrective measures to address non-compliance issues.
Monitor sales performance and billing activities for each restaurant.
Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives.
Implement promotions and activities to enhance brand visibility.
Provide support and guidance to franchise partners for mutual success.
Provide on-the-job training to restaurant staff.
Ensure that team members are well-trained in customer service and operational procedures.
Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience in assigned restaurants.
Address customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Coordinate with the marketing team for the successful implementation of new products.
Ensure proper training and promotion of new offerings.
Track and analyze data related to operational and sales performance.
Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports for the area.
