Store Manager
Job Description
• Responsibility of management of Multi-Brand Mobile Division (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Mi, Realme etc.)
• Management of Store operations including store opening, closing, staffing, cash and inventory
• Overseeing Employees and Training low-level staff
• Creation and Implementation of Staff Incentive Schemes and Customer Schemes
• Creating and Managing monthly and annual budgets
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
• Developing strategic plans, Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Daily/Weekly stock count and bi-annual stock taking
• Preparing Daily Sale Reports, Staff Performance Reports, Staff Incentive Reports and so on
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and so on..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
