We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our mobile shop. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the store. Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the store.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize sales.
- Promote sales and special offers effectively to drive revenue.
- Staff Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Financial Management:
- Manage store expenses and maintain budgetary controls.
- Monitor profitability and analyze financial reports.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize store profitability.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the store.
- Safeguard store assets and merchandise against theft or damage.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Sound understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles.
- Familiarity with mobile devices, accessories, and related technologies is advantageous.
- Full-time position, may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fast-paced retail environment with potential for standing and walking for extended periods.
