Store Manager - 1. Responsible for all overall performance of the Supermarket. 2. Managing the team & ensuring excellent customer service 3. Understanding the competition and upgrade the store activities on a regular basis 3. Achieving the sales targets. 4. Make sure that the store is neat and hygiene 5 . Responsible for the purchase of Daily Essentials. 6. Verification of Day-end Closing reports, Purchase Bills, and Inward and Outward stock movement. 7. Conducting in-store marketing activities. 8. Co-ordinating the Home Delivery activity 9 . Proper Inventory Management. .10 . Coordination with Head Office in terms of marketing, accounts, and purchase requirements. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 22,500.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
