Store Manager
Job Description
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc). Additional store manager duties as needed
• Proven successful experience as Store Manager in a distribution center
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ambattur, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Store management: 5 years (Required)
• Sales administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• English (Preferred)
Shift availability:
• Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
