As the Store Manager at Clubride Rent A Bike, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, manage inventory, handle customer interactions, and ensure the smooth running of our rental services. Your leadership and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining our high standards and driving the growth of our business.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels

- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism

- Ensure all motorcycles are maintained, clean, and ready for rental

- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve store targets

- Maintain accurate records of sales, rentals, and customer transactions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

•Qualifications:•

- Previous experience in retail or store management, preferably in the automotive or rental industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of different models and brands is a plus

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
