Family Departmental Store is looking for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will run the store, help customers, manage stock, and lead the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Ensure great customer service.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and issues.
• Implement store policies.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Customer-focused.
• Basic knowledge of retail software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
