Job Description


The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring that it operates in accordance with brand standards. They will be responsible for providing financial reports and interpreting financial information for the managerial staff, as well as recommending courses of action. The Store Manager will also communicate product schemes and offers to regional managers and ensure their implementation. They will ensure that customers' needs are met quickly, efficiently, and accurately in all areas of the facility. The Store Manager will directly coach and develop the team, providing meaningful insights, candid feedback, and clear direction.Responsibilities and essential job functions include:

  • Arranging required material and procuring from local and outside markets.
  • Possessing good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Protecting food margins and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
  • Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following work results.
  • Regularly tracking ticket size and converting footfall to store sales.
  • Ensuring attractive merchandise display and store layout.
  • Maintaining the interior and exterior of the store to company standards.
  • Establishing and implementing best practices for e-commerce throughout the organization.
  • Managing inventory control, MIS, revenue generation, and promotional offers.
  • Ensuring the store meets brand standards and is prepared for mystery shop visits.
  • Performing a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the casino.
  • Maintaining customer service, cash controls, and store facilities.
  • Being computer savvy, especially in handling reports and generating Excel.
  • Creating a positive working environment and handling employee issues appropriately and timely.
  • Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information for the managerial staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience as a Store Manager in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate performance.
  • In-depth experience in back-end and front-end retail operations.
  • Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Experience in handling a store of at least 3000 sq ft.
  • Ability to handle customers and close deals.
  • Must be proactive, confident, and physically fit.
  • Graduates preferred.
  • Retail experience is an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant personality.
