ROLE SPECIFICATIONS Role name; Store Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store

ROLE DESCRIPTION

1. To ensure individual and category target setting for the team- as per monthly / weekly Annual Business Plan and the achievement of the same

2.To achieve sales targets as per the ABP

3. To ensure implementation of schemes and offers at store level

4. To give continuous feedback to category directly or through DM - Support on the new products and schemes offered by competition and try to run similar schemes for the store 5. To carry out regular Sub-Category wise sales tracking and address specific issues from each product category.

6.To collect information on damages and give feedback to Category

7.To track total margins - month wise and inform category, on dip of margins ? To coordinate placing of orders with Category and ensure timely deliveries from the warehouse

8.To chalk out training needs for the staff

9. To ensure right product stocking and flow in

10. To manage inventory (value as well as volumes) at the store

11. To identify and manage progressive mark down after analyzing sell through of products 12. To manage business on space participation based on the sales

Experience: 7 years

Qualification: Bachelor's in architecture/Interior Designing, MBA preferred Technical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?550,000.00 per year
