We are looking for Store Manager for a luxury eyewear boutique chain in Hyderabad. Brief roles and responsibilities are mentioned below:
- Enforce \xe2\x80\x9cfloor-ready\xe2\x80\x9d guidelines amongst team in a reasonable, constructive and respectful manner.
- Set standard for brand image by partnering with Visual team on boutique visual needs and support initiatives by ensuring space is kept in line with visual direction on a daily basis.
- Accountable for achieving set Sales targets.
- Responsible for end to end operations.
- Lead a team of high performance individuals.
- Perform administrative duties such as tracking inventory and sales, and performing simple bookkeeping.
