Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for retail, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in managing a successful retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets
• Implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
• Prepare and manage store budgets
• Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability
• Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting
• Develop and implement in-store promotions and events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives
• Utilize social media and other platforms to promote the store

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,655.25 - ?40,230.05 per month
