•We are seeking a dynamic and experienced store manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.•
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Inventory control: These professionals manage stock levels, oversee stocktaking and order new products when necessary. They ensure the store has sufficient stock to meet customer demands while minimizing stock outs and overstocking.
• Store appearance and maintenance: The store manager ensures the store is clean, well-organized and visually appealing. This includes managing displays, overseeing regular cleaning and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Customer service: They help ensure excellent customer service. They set customer service standards, resolve customer complaints and ensure staff members are trained to provide exceptional service.
• Budgeting and financial management: A store manager creates and manages the store's budget, monitors expenses and ensures the store meets its financial goals. They also analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
• Security and loss prevention: Store managers implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft, fraud and other losses. This involves monitoring security systems, conducting regular audits and training staff to recognize and report suspicious activities.

10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
11. Familiarity with First In First Out (FIFO) method.
