Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service at our Weber Barbeque and Grills store. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, handling stock, overseeing cash transactions, and leading a dedicated team to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive retail sales and meet sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Maintain and organize store stock to ensure availability and presentation.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Supervise and manage store staff, providing guidance and support.

Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.

Previous retail management experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Store Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Flexible Shifts: Choose from morning, midday, or evening shifts.

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week as per your convenience.

Salary:

Competitive salary range of ?25,000 - ?45,000 per month, based on experience.
