Overview:
As a Store Manager, you\'re in charge of running the day-to-day operations of the store. You\'ll oversee everything from managing staff to making sure the store looks good and customers are happy. Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you\'re in charge of running the day-to-day operations of the store. You\'ll oversee everything from managing staff to making sure the store looks good and customers are happy. Responsibilities:
- Team Management: You\'ll lead and supervise the store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensuring customers have a great experience is key. You\'ll handle any issues and make sure customers leave satisfied.
- Inventory Control: Keeping track of what\'s in stock, ordering new products, and managing inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Sales: Driving sales by setting targets, motivating staff, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Store Maintenance: Making sure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Compliance: Ensuring the store follows all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports to higher management on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Previous experience in retail or management roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and inventory.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
