Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibility Develop a strategy for implementation of the manpower plan also make suggestions if the current manpower plan is to be revised. Coordinate with 3P vendors, purchase to ensure adequate staffing. Conduct recruitment of Sales Associates, packer, cashiers in consultation with area manager and housekeep & security staff with the support of HR officer. Ensure systems & process for timely induction of new joiness (SAs, cashier, packers). Conduct On the Job Training for new joinees (floor officers, Department managers, Assistant store manager). Interact & engage regularly with staff & team members, coach & guide them to maintain high motivation levels and healthy work environment & culture. Conduct monthly reviews for officers, managers and share Feedback, prepare development action plan.
