Currently, We are looking for the Store Manager in Commercial Street - Bangalore.

Designation / Position: Store Manager

:

1. Relevant experience as a Store Manager.

2. Male only.

3. Effectively manage the restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

4. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.

5. Control profit & loss, by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

6. Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.

7. Responsible for managing the restaurant team through hiring team members, conducting performance appraisals, identify training needs, take disciplinary action, build pipeline readiness, motivate and train team members, reduce employee turnover of the store.

8. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

9. Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.

10. Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.

Candidate Profile: Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be good in English, Presentable, Management Skills, Dedicated, and With a clear employment background.

Relevant Experience: 3-5 Years as a Store Manager

Timings: Duty hours from shop open till close

Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, OR Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu. (Any)

Salary Offered: Starts from 20K PM / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.

Job/Work Location: Commercial Street - Bangalore.
