Job Description
Assisting company management in organizing, planning & implement strategies / Process of Store/ Warehouse.\xc2\xa7 Communicate with store team to the implement organization rules, guidelines, standard procedures & policies.\xc2\xa7 Material handling process including Goods receipts, storage, issues control (FIFO rule), rejection & RTV process.\xc2\xa7 Supervision & controls of store functions - Receipts, storage, issue control, rejection, records, Stock accounting.\xc2\xa7 Material management including planning, ordering, pricing, timely delivery, stock aging , consumption analysis.\xc2\xa7 Implement process stabilization for proper and correct documentations of store\xe2\x80\x99s movements & keep updated.\xc2\xa7 Conduct internal audits for stock reconciliation of physically vs system stock & check condition of goods quality.\xc2\xa7 Responsible for Audit, IMS systems & EHS Compliance-\xc2\xa7 Implement 5S process to ensure that store is clean, organized, safe & all store facilities in proper working order.\xc2\xa7 Team Leadership/Training and Development of Store employees. Store related statements check/review in ERP.\xc2\xa7 Maintain the stability and reputation of company and store by complying with legal requiremeRequired Skills store manager, store operations
