Job Summary:



The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining inventory records accurately. The role ensures efficient stock management, compliance with safety standards, and smooth operations of the store/warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Inventory Management



Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Ensure stock is stored in an organized and accessible manner.

2. Stock Handling & Documentation



Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against invoices or purchase orders. Issue goods to various departments as per approved requisitions. Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.

3. Order & Supply Coordination



Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock replenishment. Monitor stock levels and notify the management of shortages.

4. Safety & Compliance



Ensure all stock is handled and stored according to company safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding stock management.

5. Reporting & System Updates



Update stock records in the inventory management system. Prepare and submit stock reports to the Store Manager. Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged stock.

Requirements & Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role. Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally, ERP). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move stock safely. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
