Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: [G1-11, V.K.I.A. Extn., Badharna, Jaipur - 302013 (Rajasthan]

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with inventory management systems.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damages in inventory.
• Receiving and Issuing Goods:
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Record and store goods in designated areas.
• Prepare and issue materials and supplies as per requisitions.
• Stock Control:
• Monitor stock levels and initiate orders to replenish supplies as necessary.
• Ensure that stock is stored in a safe, secure, and organized manner.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize waste.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and stock levels.
• Use inventory management software to track and manage stock.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area to prevent accidents and damages.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and management.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address inventory needs and issues.
• Provide support during audits and inventory checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
