Job Title: Store Keeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Store Keeper to manage our inventory and ensure efficient operations in our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the store's stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and facilitating the smooth flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and products.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue materials and products as per production schedules and customer orders.
• Ensure the security and safety of all stored items.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist in preparing and generating inventory reports.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
