Job Summary:

Deepak Builders and Developers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our store and materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, stock checking, and material accounting, specifically within the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Regularly update inventory logs and ensure that all data is correctly recorded.
• Stock Checking:
• Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure that the inventory levels are accurate.
• Identify discrepancies in stock levels and report them promptly.
• Material Management:
• Ensure the safe storage of all materials, including proper labeling and organization.
• Oversee the timely and efficient distribution of materials to various project sites.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain detailed records of material usage and storage.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and material usage.
• Supplier Coordination:
• Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials.
• Verify the quality and quantity of materials received from suppliers.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all materials are stored in compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and damages.
• Cost Management:
• Monitor and control inventory costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficient procurement strategies.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
