• Conduct regular phMysical stock counts and reconcile with the system records to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory items, ensuring availability of critical components.
• Monitor stock movements and report any discrepancies, shortages, or excesses to the relevant personnel.
• Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components such as batteries, electric motors, controllers, and other EV parts.
• Label and categorize items as per their type, usage, and shelf life.
• Prepare and issue materials to the production department based on their requirements
• Ensure timely reordering of stock based on minimum inventory levels and the production schedule.
• Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure smooth supply of parts and components.
• Manage obsolete, expired, or damaged stock according to company policies.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
