Duties & Responsibilities:

Procure, store, and issue supplies in installation and service operation
Process and maintain inventory records; Prepare MIS reports to graphically present the same
Modify and implement inventory control perform material shifting activities
Implement disposal procedures and perform related work
Purchase local consumable material
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
Makes deliveries of requested surplus Material; maintains records of all deliveries
Fills supply requisitions; assists in ordering adequate merchandise and Material and deliver orders to Service and installation team
Receive, store, tag and track surplus inventory; prepare lists for items to be sold as scrap
Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document
Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors. Handle and document storage and transportation of hazardous materials
Maintain the Store, record area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
Answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property
