Job Overview:

JMR Cart is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring smooth store operations, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Incharge, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient retail environment while driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and complies with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales reports, analyze sales trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all products are accurately labeled, priced, and displayed.
• Train and onboard new staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective store operations.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention measures to safeguard store assets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Store Manager, or similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and other store-related tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 per month
