Job Title: Store Incharge (Female)

: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated female candidate to join our team as a Store Incharge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior industry. She will be responsible for managing store operations, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in line with company standards.
• Engage with clients, answering inquiries, providing quotes, and making follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients for payments and reviews, ensuring timely payment collections.
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure order supplies are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Schedule and conduct client calls to arrange store visits.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and payments.
• Manage stock inventory, reorder supplies, and keep the store well-organized.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve them promptly.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior industry.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in handling client follow-ups and payment management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the interior design or home decor industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
