Job Description
The job description of a store incharge includes the following responsibilities:
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items
• Keep the general management of the store, including training the staff and dealing with their everyday confrontations
• Keep all the records of the store and re-stocks the goods
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
