Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of a Store Incharge:

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee stock levels and ensure adequate inventory to meet demand.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Perform regular stock audits and manage stock replenishment.
• Staff Supervision:
• Manage store staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new staff members on store procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Manage the arrangement of displays and signage to enhance product visibility.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders based on demand and stock levels.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Prior Experience : Typically, candidates with 2-5 years of experience

Education Preference:

• Minimum : A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,991.14 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
