We're looking for a store incharge at (Gomti Nagar extension, Lucknow) to oversee daily operations in company store and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. As the store incharge, you will be responsible for motivating the our sites to fulfill material delivery, developing materials delivery strategies, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. Additionally, you will train new staff, and take on other administrative tasks as needed, such as monitoring inventory levels. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate impeccable leadership skills.
Store Incharge Responsibilities:
Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of material delivery satisfaction.
Creating material distribution strategies to attract new contract, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Store incharge Requirements:

• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
