Position Title: Store Incharge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial laundry store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial laundry services, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee and manage the inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Staff Supervision:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Train new employees on laundry processes, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Schedule shifts and manage timekeeping records for staff.
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure that all customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Monitor and optimize laundry processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laundry operations.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular quality checks on laundered items to ensure they meet company standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all laundry equipment is in good working condition.
• Schedule regular maintenance and address any equipment breakdowns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years Experience in a commercial laundry in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using laundry management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Education:
• Must be a Degree in any specialization

• must be male preferably from chennai location only minimum Experience 5 years as a store incharge in commercial Laundry salary Range from 25k to 30k at the age 30 to 40
