You'll be gladyouappliedto Viral Enterprise.Role and responsibilitiesxefx82xb7 Maintaining and Managing Store Inventoryxefx82xb7 Scheduling Staffxefx82xb7 Customer Relationsxefx82xb7 Mentoring Team Membersxefx82xb7 Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirementto maintain minimum stock value.xefx82xb7 Material Order, follow up for delivery and processing challans.xefx82xb7 Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimumstockvalues.xefx82xb7 Quarterly audit of material inventory. xefx82xb7 Store Managements, Material inventory & day to day material consumptionswith T codes like standard procedure, Stock summary & Reports withcorrectattributes, compilation for GRN & Material code, WBS &Plant codeformalities.xefx82xb7 Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along withcorrectsupportive points (Budget, Material code & Plant code).xefx82xb7 Continuous & timely follow-ups with vendors for their pending materialsasper purchase order, similarly follow-ups for their payments &compliancelike vendor code, vendor registration & Vat certificates etc.xefx82xb7 Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report.
