Store In Charge
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The Store In charge will also ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
QUALIFICATION: Any degree.
INCOME: 12,000-15,000
SIKLLS:
- Supervise and manage store staff, including sales associates and cashiers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage store inventory, including stock levels, replenishment, and stockroom organization
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash handling, including opening and closing procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
