Job Title: Store Incharge/Supervisor (FMCG)
Experience Required: 0-3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible individuals to join our team as Store Incharge/Supervisor in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, monitor product shelf life, and ensure products are stored and displayed correctly.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Team Coordination: Support and guide store staff in their duties, ensuring high standards of performance and teamwork.
• Sales Support: Help drive sales by ensuring products are always in stock, help with product promotions, and maintain appealing store displays.
• Stock Audits: Assist in conducting regular stock counts and manage stock replenishment in a timely manner.
• Cash Handling: Ensure accurate cash management and assist with cash register duties.
• Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to store hygiene, safety standards, and FMCG product regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in retail or customer service; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Interest in FMCG: Basic understanding or interest in FMCG products and retail operations.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: A positive and helpful attitude towards customers.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations or retail software (preferred but not mandatory).
