Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory

: Receive, store, and organize inventory

Stock levels

: Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels

Ordering

: Order new products and follow up on deliveries

Staff

: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees

Sales

: Meet sales goals and develop strategies to grow sales

Customer service

: Provide excellent customer service and address complaints

Store appearance

: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Security

: Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses

Compliance

: Ensure the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations
