: Store In charge for 2-Wheeler Showroom

Location: Bangalore, Banasawadi

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the operations of our 2-Wheeler Showroom store in Banasawadi, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive or retail industry. As the Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely stock replenishment, supervising store staff, and maintaining a smooth workflow to meet customer demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, placing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and distributors.
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance of products to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement and turnover rates, identifying slow-moving items and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all store activities, including the handling of merchandise and cash transactions.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of store staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and coordinate promotions or special events that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Implement measures to minimize stock losses and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Store Incharge or similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
