The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing materials, inventory, and equipment for multiple railway projects across PAN India. This role includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring efficient store operations in compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
• Inventory Management : Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient materials and supplies for project needs.
• Material Handling : Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring quality and quantity checks.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and transaction reports in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordination : Liaise with project managers, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and resolve inventory issues.
• Audits and Compliance : Conduct regular stock audits, monitor safety practices in stores, and ensure adherence to storage standards.
Qualifications :
• Education : Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience : At least 5 years in store management within railway or infrastructure projects.
• Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
