Manage and maintain the ERP inventory module.
Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming shipments.
Handle the issuance of goods through goods issue vouchers for sales, production, or internal use.
Perform monthly store stock tallies and reconciliations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Generate inventory reports and provide analysis on stock levels, movements, and valuation.
Supervise and lead a team of 2 inventory staff members.
Provide training and support to ensure team members are proficient in using the ERP system.
Take full responsibility for the management and accuracy of the store\'s inventory.
Be prepared to work late hours or weekends when needed to meet operational demands
