JOB DESCRIPTION :



Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Warehouse Management:



Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per cGMP standards. Maintain stock levels as per production and regulatory requirements. Ensure

FIFO (First In, First Out) / FEFO (First Expiry, First Out)

compliance. Implement and monitor

temperature & humidity control

as per WHO-GMP & USFDA guidelines. Ensure materials are stored and handled as per their specific

storage conditions (e.g., cold chain, hazardous material storage).


2. Compliance & Audits (USFDA & WHO):



Ensure compliance with

USFDA, WHO-GMP, and other regulatory requirements

for warehouse operations. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and logs in line with audit requirements. Prepare for

regulatory inspections and audits

(USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.). Coordinate with QA & Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with audit observations.

3. SOP & Documentation:



Develop, update, and ensure strict adherence to

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

. Maintain detailed records of inventory, stock movement, material reconciliations, and deviations. Ensure proper documentation of

Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)

and material traceability.

4. Coordination with Other Departments:



Work closely with

Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Purchase, and Regulatory teams

to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for

timely supply of raw materials and packaging materials

.

5. Safety & Housekeeping:



Ensure proper handling of hazardous and sensitive materials following

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines

. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse as per WHO-GMP & USFDA standards. Implement

safety protocols

for fire prevention, emergency response, and PPE usage.

Key Skills & Competencies:



? Strong knowledge of

USFDA & WHO-GMP

guidelines.
? Experience in

regulatory audits and compliance

.
? Proficiency in

ERP/SAP/WMS

for inventory management.
? Good understanding of

pharma raw materials, packaging materials, and formulations

.
? Strong documentation skills and knowledge of

GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

.
? Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
? Problem-solving and ability to handle regulatory queries efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

X+ years

in Pharma

Formulation (Manufacturing) Industry

.
? Hands-on experience in

handling USFDA & WHO audits

.
? Experience in managing

warehouse/stores in a regulated pharma environment

.
? Knowledge of

Good Distribution Practices (GDP) & Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
