Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
• Organize and manage the storage space to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders as needed.
• Implement best practices for stock control and inventory replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in store management or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
