Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ?16,000 - ?18,000 per month

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store In charge to join our team in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. As the Store In charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store specializing in chicken production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and distributing chicken products.

Ensure effective inventory management and stock control to minimize discrepancies and stockouts, specifically for perishable items.

Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards to meet food safety regulations.

Implement procedures for efficient store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards of chicken products.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and store performance for management review.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving related to chicken products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a store in charge or similar role, preferably in the food production, retail, or distribution industry.

Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures, especially with perishable goods like chicken.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to lead and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
