As a Store In-charge in Restaurants, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who is passionate about the food service industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring that our food and beverage supplies are well-stocked, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store area. Your ability to effectively communicate with staff and management will be essential, as you will act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house personnel. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be necessary to address any supply chain issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be tasked with training new employees on best practices and store policies, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store area.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct frequent stock audits.
• Ensure all food and beverage supplies are stored properly and organized.
• Supervise and train staff on store procedures and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage deliveries.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of store sections for service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food storage.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and vendor management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
