We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store In charge to join our team in the Automobile industry. As a Store In charge, your main responsibility will be to supervise and oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management. You will play a vital role in maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and prices for products.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze sales data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement to maximize store performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
• Strong Knowledge of ERP or Software Related to Store.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile Industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
